Linstock

Lately I have been experimenting with magazine style illustrated layouts using Photoshop and InDesign.  This is new territory for me and I find this challenging.  I have always admired good illustrations and formatting and these recent works have been a very steep learning curve. I like the well-presented feel this approach gives the stories.  One of the magazines is a collaboration, and the other is my own, story and illustrations.
I would really value any feedback you can give on the story, the art and the overall presentation.  I'd also like to hear any technical difficulties with the magazine ; I am  new to this and do not know if it works on all systems.

Had a hiatus on pics lately.  I managed to injure my eye... a cortical abrasion.  Talented in self destruction, that's me *sigh*. As the Doctors said, "they really hurt". ...really? did he think I hadn't noticed?! Anyway today is the first time I have actually been able to open both eyes (Yea!) and focus. And my nose and eye are not running like  a tap, definitely a plus! So I hope to get on with things again soon.

I just installed a new journal skin and so I had to write something to celebrate.  Everything I use is now covered in views of Space.  My obsession is showing.
